Jo Hott (she/her) comes from the Greek rednecks of Martinsburg, West Virginia and a strong (yet scary) Italian mother. Graduating from Shenandoah Conservatory in May of 2025 with her B.F.A in Acting and a minor in English, Jo is a lifelong lover of literature, a passion which blossomed as she read her library books to her older sister, who has permanent multiple disabilities. This connection to writing only fed her love for acting. However, she is best summed up by the varying passions she has outside of being an actor. A drummer, a pageant girl, and an exceptional baker; you can often find her making food for the people she loves while watching a true crime documentary. Jo is a lover of 70s and 80s rock, Halloween, and she would pet any animal if she was certain it wouldn’t kill her in the process. Jo plans to land in the D.C. area post graduation!
